Sunday, 25 March 2018
2:00 pm – 4:00 pm (UK time)

Introduction

Nicola Hunt has nominated the Pied Piper Appeal as her chosen charity for her IICG presidential year. She has already completed a 15,000ft skydive and has now arranged a "Clubbathon" to raise even more money for this fantastic charity.

What is Clubbercise?

Born in the UK in 2014, Clubbercise® has grown to become one of the biggest concepts to hit the fitness industry!

A blend of simple aerobics, toning and club/street dance moves with high and low impact options to suit all abilities. The class will have a good balance of upbeat and slower choreography, 2 hours is longer session than normal, all for charity.

The music

A mix of 90's classics up to the very latest floorfillers. What makes it so unique is that every class takes place with the main lights out, disco lights on, and all routines incorporate trademark flashing glow sticks - providing a bonus arm workout!

The Instructor

A huge thank you to Tracey Tomkinson for donating her time to provide you with a 2 hour non stop playlist of FUN exercise! Tracey has been teaching in Cheltenham and Gloucester for nearly 2 years and has built up a big following. We are delighted to have Tracey involved.
