A huge thank you to our fantastic council members who have been representing The Insurance Institute of Luton & Hertfordshire at recent careers fairs. Their dedication to supporting young people, answering questions, and highlighting the diverse career paths within insurance is invaluable. It’s always inspiring to see how our volunteers give their time so generously, helping students understand that insurance is a profession full of opportunity, development and purpose. We are proud of the work we do together to encourage the next generation into our industry.
