Purposeful and Compliant Business Culture
Jim Dart is a career insurance professional, having spent more than 46 years as a broker, an underwriter in the Lloyd’s market, part of a composite insurer’s claims team and, for the past 20+ years, in regulatory compliance, where he is Managing Director of dart Compliance, a specialist General Insurance compliance consultancy.
He is a Chartered member of the CISI and holds the International Advanced Certificate in Regulatory Compliance from the International Compliance Association (ICA).
Business culture has been a regulatory focus since 2007 and can encourage positive behavioural change, leading to improved performance and brand-values.
Objectives:
This session considers how positive defined business cultures can enhance performance and the benefits of building in compliance standards as "business as usual", including ways of gaining stakeholder engagement and customer perspective for long-term value creation.
