Speaker Bio: Jim Dart’s insurance career spans 49 years, in which time he has worked as broker, underwriter, claims handler, sales manager and, for the past 23 years, compliance consultant, where he is managing director of dart Compliance, a specialist general insurance compliance practice. He is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments and hold the International Advanced Certificate in Regulatory Compliance from the International Compliance Association.

Outside of insurance, he heads up an international martial arts association and holds 6^th Dan Black-belt grades in Karate, Judo and Jujutsu.
