About the trainer:
Julie Stubbington is co-founder, lead trainer and coach at hygge associates, specialising in coaching and supporting individuals and teams through change. With over 15 years’ experience in wellbeing, mental health, and staff engagement, Julie combines practical knowledge with a coaching approach to help people build confidence and resilience. She is passionate about empowering individuals to understand themselves better and take actionable steps toward growth, ensuring they feel supported during times of change and when handling difficult workplace situations.
