Supporting Early Career Colleagues

Inclusive Futures is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company dedicated to social mobility. It is driven by its vision to create an inclusive society where all individuals are empowered to realise the future that is right for them. Inclusive Futures supports young people to thrive in their chosen careers, and supports businesses to create inclusive work environments. This session will focus on supporting early career colleagues with the following learning objectives:

·                  Understand the unique challenges faced by early-career colleagues and how they impact career progression. 

·                  Learn how to provide effective leadership and guidance to support the professional development of junior staff. 

·                  Identify actions to take to create a supportive and engaging environment for early-career employees to thrive.
