OUR SPEAKER

Sarah is a Chartered Insurer who was also Secretary of the Guildford Insurance Institute for 5 years. Sarah has over 20 years of industry experience gained within a branch network and head office environment, holding a variety of broker and technical underwriting roles and was, most recently, Manager, Delegated Authorities & Schemes, for a large composite insurer. Sarah joined Pool Re in 2013 as a Technical Manager and is now Head of Customer Engagement. Her responsibilities include heading up the Distribution, Claims and Technical areas, delivering a platinum customer service response.
