About the session:
The UK has one of the lowest rates of social mobility of any high-income country. In this workshop we will be exploring what social mobility is, what the barriers to social mobility are, and how this relates to the workplace. We will also explore what steps your organisation can take to support social mobility.
Learning objectives:
- Understand the concept of social mobility and its impact on workplace diversity and inclusion.
- Identify barriers to social mobility within your organisation and explore strategies to address them.
- Identify actions to takes to support social mobility
