Novus

Novus is the Insurance Institute of Cardiff’s early-career professionals' group and specifically looks after the needs and interests of newer members of the industry (i.e. those with less than 10 years' experience).

All Novus events are tailored to the needs of the institute's early-career professionals, and include:

• Social and Networking events
• Technical and regulatory seminars and workshops
• Complementary and soft skills workshops
• Expert speakers
