About the session:
Retention of early careers is currently facing some significant challenges. In this workshop we will explore some of the challenges faced by young people as they enter the workplace and explore some strategies you can use to help support and empower your early career colleagues.
Learning objectives:
- Understand the unique challenges faced by early-career colleagues and how they impact career progression.
- Learn how to provide effective leadership and guidance to support the professional development of junior staff.
- Identify actions to take to create a supportive and engaging environment for early-career employees to thrive.
