About the speaker:

The Course will be run by Keris Earle of Zing 365.

I am an enthusiastic compliance professional with over a decade of experience in highly regulated environments, spanning roles across the insurance and fundraising sectors. Having held positions in claims, account management, and underwriting, I bring a broad understanding of the insurance lifecycle and the practical challenges faced by professionals in the industry.

Over the past seven years, I have specialised in compliance and governance, applying this insight to support strong conduct, culture, and regulatory adherence. My knowledge and experience, combined with a passion for training in compliance, risk, sustainability, and personal and professional development, have enabled me to design and deliver impactful learning experiences. I focus on breaking down complex topics into clear, practical, and relatable concepts that help delegates apply learning confidently in their day-to-day roles. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge, experience, and expertise to help others develop, grow, and succeed.
