The Insurance Institute of Cardiff Annual Dinner 2027

Alisha Edwards, President of the Insurance Institute of Cardiff, and the Institute Council are delighted to announce details of our 2027 Annual Dinner.

Our showcase event will this year take place at the prestigious Parkgate Hotel Cardiff, and we’re sure it will again prove to be the highlight of this year’s Institute calendar.

Event Information

The evening will consist of a welcome drink on arrival, a three-course meal, tea & coffee and entertainment throughout the evening with a DJ to take us into the night.

We will also be celebrating success in our industry, by announcing the winners of our three award categories.

Ticket Information

Tickets can be purchased as a table of 10 (£900.00) which includes a £5.00 charity donation to our chosen charity. 

** Due to high demand, bookings are limited to a maximum of three tables per company. Additional tables can be added to a reserve list if required.

Charity

This year, our committee have chosen Kids Cancer Charity.  They support children and young people facing cancer, along with their families, when life feels overwhelming. Their mission is beautifully simple yet profoundly powerful: to give families precious time together, away from hospitals, away from treatments, and away from fear.

Our goal is to raise £6,500, enough to send at least 10 families to Disneyland Paris, a place where dreams come alive, and where joy momentarily replaces worry.

For many of these families, time together is incredibly precious. A trip like this isn’t just a holiday, it’s a gift of happiness, normality, and unforgettable memories during a period when every moment truly counts.

It costs £650 to send one family to Disneyland Paris, creating memories that will last long after the rides have ended and the photos have been framed.

Thanks to the extraordinary generosity of Zurich Communities Trust, every single penny donated will be match‑funded by Zurich. That means your kindness instantly doubles in impact.

Together, we could send up to 20 families to Disneyland Paris.
